Job summary

Monroechamber in Wisconsin’s Fox Valley is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive employee growth, leadership development, and workforce capability across the organization. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule that supports flexible work arrangements.

You will design and deliver impactful training, lead leadership development initiatives, manage learning technologies, and partner with leaders to build a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of Learning & Development, Organizational and Talent Development experience.
• Experience designing and facilitating training programs.
• Knowledge of LMS and learning technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive development initiatives.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across U.S. locations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning, leadership development, and certification programs.
• Identify skill gaps and implement training solutions that support business objectives.
• Partner with leaders to build workforce capabilities and support employee growth.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Manage and optimize LMS and learning technologies.
• Measure program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, career development, and succession planning.
