Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, Education, or related field.
• 2+ years in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years in adult learning, training content development, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Create resources to facilitate change management activities for Scintilla adoption.
• Map Sam’s Club business processes to Scintilla insights to identify value.
• Manage a portfolio of live webinar content that explains Scintilla features and real merchandising practices.
• Provide practical guidance on merchandising areas to help associates and suppliers use data effectively.
