Job summary

APEX Analytix, LLC is seeking a Learning and Development Intern for Summer 2027. On-site, five days a week, you will help design and develop internal and client-facing e-learning content using tools like Articulate 360 and Iorad.

You will partner with SMEs to identify learning needs, apply adult learning principles, and evaluate learning impact. A bachelor’s track in instructional design, HR, education, or psychology is preferred.

• Prior instructional design, e-learning, and/or teaching experience is a plus.
• Education/Credentials: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, HR, Education, Psychology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal and client-facing e-Learning courses that boost learners’ proficiency and understanding of apexanalytix products and services.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and design effective learning solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions using advanced authoring tools.
• Utilize Articulate 360 and Iorad to create professional learning content for adult learners.
• Support Learning & Development initiatives on-site to accelerate content creation and measure impact.
