Job summary

You will support the design and delivery of development programs, collaborate with HR and business units, and manage program data and outcomes from Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Denver, Birmingham, Houston, Dallas, or Miamisburg.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and have exposure to adult learning principles, coaching, and training delivery.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; typically <1 year of professional experience
• No required certifications or licenses
• Experience with learning and development programs desirable

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and delivery of learning and talent development programs using sound learning principles.
• Provides stakeholder consultation and delivery of learning resources and program management.
• Delivers programs to live audiences in-person and virtually with stand-up instruction.
