Qualifications

• BLS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, NRP, and ACLS certifications required or obtained within specified timelines

Responsibilities

• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
• Lead the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Develop individualized plans of care and monitor patient progress.
• Revise care plans as needed and ensure documentation of nursing processes.
• Discuss patient findings with physicians and team members.
• Mentor and coach colleagues in unit operations.
