This role ensures learning initiatives are delivered efficiently, training records are maintained accurately, and learners, managers, and business stakeholders receive a seamless learning experience. The coordinator serves as a key link between the L&D team, field operations, and learners to support capability development, compliance, and business performance.
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in training coordination, learning administration, HR, operations support, or a related role. Experience supporting enterprise learning programs preferred.
Knowledge & Skills: Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience with LMS platforms and reporting tools. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-service mindset with strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
