Partou UK is seeking an experienced L&D Administrator for the Denton site to support learning and development and the wider People and Culture Team. You will drive apprenticeship administration, DAS, and apprentice records while coordinating with providers and nursery managers.

You’ll play a pivotal role in providing an effective and efficient administrative service underpinning the learning and development department and, at times, the wider People and Culture Team for Partou, ensuring that all staff receive the necessary training and development opportunities for them.
You’ll support the L&D team with the administrative tasks when identifying learning / training needs, designing / sourcing training and learning solutions, delivering and evaluating training, and working with stakeholder / business area managers. Keeping records and managing learning-related data for the department will be a priority for you.
