Job summary

Gate is seeking a KYC Product Lead in the United States to design the product function and optimize the user experience across the full KYC lifecycle, including form filling, document collection, and verification steps.

You will build a data-driven metrics platform to reveal conversion bottlenecks, monitor industry trends, and evaluate new technologies like AI identity recognition and blockchain data sharing for feasible adoption.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the full KYC lifecycle: form filling, document collection, liveness detection, OCR, and automated/manual review.
• Ability to use data to define conversion bottlenecks and error rates.
• Engineering understanding of how to balance seamless user experience with compliance and risk boundaries.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical product specifications.
• Proactive approach to evaluating vendor capabilities and industry solutions.
