• Own the Compliance & KYC vertical end-to-end, define long-term vision and KPIs.
• Write clear PRDs and partner with design and engineering to ship features.
• Drive agile execution and post-launch iteration with data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Operations and align regulatory readiness.
• Identify automation and scalability opportunities in onboarding flows and KYC processes.
