Job summary

Transak in New York seeks a Product Manager to own the Compliance & KYC surface, translating regulatory requirements into scalable product systems that drive onboarding conversions.

You will partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance and Operations to define long-term vision, KPIs, and a data-driven roadmap, while shipping features with Design and Engineering and leading agile delivery.

About the Role:

This role owns Transak’s Compliance & KYC product surface, translating regulatory requirements into scalable, conversion-optimised product systems.

The PM is accountable for:

• KYC / KYB onboarding flows
• Authentication and identity verification
• Progressive / tiered KYC
• Compliance configuration across jurisdictions
• Partner-facing compliance APIs and tooling
• Product interfaces between Compliance, Risk, Ops, and Engineering

This is not a policy-setting role. It is a product execution and strategy role operating within regulatory constraints.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Own the Compliance & KYC vertical end-to-end
