Job summary

You will partner with business, technology, and risk to deliver secure, compliant data solutions and mentor a growing team. You will drive data standards, governance, and interoperability while guiding cross-functional delivery and ensuring alignment with enterprise data authority and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years KYC domain experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Data Product leadership.
• Strong fluency in conceptual and logical data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a vision and roadmap for KYC data, covering create/capture, ingestion, storage, and distribution.
• Provide thought leadership to respond to changes in how data products are delivered and managed, especially with AI reshaping processes.
• Collaborate with data architecture and application teams to establish modeling direction for KYC and related concepts.
• Ensure enterprise alignment with data authority of golden, sourced, and derived data assets.
• Guide the KYC data distribution portfolio, including batch and service delivery patterns, SLAs/SLOs, versioning policies, and deprecation strategies.
• Develop and enforce product use contracts, data access/entitlement patterns, privacy/PII controls, retention policies, BCBS 239, and audit/change governance.
• Identify data risk and design for risk mitigation in the data lifecycle; support audits regarding data management.
• Support resolution of data quality items within the KYC domain and collaborate to resolve complex data quality issues.
• Guide cross-functional delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders, managing dependencies and risks.
• Support regulatory and audit requirements within the KYC or related data domains.
• Mentor and develop associates, set performance expectations, and build capabilities in modeling, product management, and data governance.

As the Global Private Bank KYC Data Domain Product Manager in the KYC Data team, you will lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of KYC data products. Our KYC Data team shapes the standards, architecture, and delivery of KYC data products, enabling secure, compliant, and scalable solutions across the firm. We collaborate closely with business, technology, and risk partners to deliver high-quality data products that support regulatory, operational, and businessobjectives.

You will define and implement data standards, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions and ensure operational excellence across the data lifecycle. Your leadership will drive the adoption of best practices in data governance, quality, and AI-enabled development, while mentoring and developing talent within the team. • Exhibit strong fluency in conceptual and logical data modeling.
• Understand the full client lifecycle, from lead generation through ongoing relationship management.
• Demonstrate experience with metadata/lineage/cataloguse anddata product discoverability.
