Job summary

NICE Actimise is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own strategy and execution for a portfolio of data intelligence products supporting Know Your Customer (KYC) and financial crime risk management. You will identify high-value customer problems, define product strategy and roadmaps, and drive adoption with sales, marketing, services, partners, and customers.

The portfolio may include watchlist, adverse media, entity-risk analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities used in customer screening and KYC

Qualifications

• Five or more years in software product management for enterprise-grade solutions.
• Experience owning products through discovery, validation, delivery, and optimization.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, APIs, data platforms, or analytics.
• Strong ability to translate market needs into clear product strategy and requirements.
• Ability to prioritize roadmaps and align technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for KYC data intelligence products.
• Lead customer and market discovery to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Define users, use cases, requirements, release priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Guide products through discovery, development, launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Define success metrics for customer value, adoption, data quality, and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, services, and partners on positioning and launches.
