SumUp is seeking a KYC Operations Associate to review and verify merchant applications, ensuring daily targets and quality standards are met. You will work with databases and internal tools and collaborate with team leads to maintain compliant onboarding for our merchant base.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in KYC, compliance, or customer support is a plus.
• Comfortable working with databases and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and process verification cases for new and existing merchants.
• Learn and apply KYC processes and market requirements.
• Use internal tools to assess merchant information and flag issues.
• Collaborate with team leads to ensure compliance.
• Manage backlog for your market.
