Rain is seeking a hands-on Compliance Analyst focused on KYC and KYB onboarding operations. You will review applications, make risk determinations, and work directly with partners and customers to move onboarding forward while upholding compliance quality.

This role sits at the intersection of compliance and operations. You will execute with sound judgment and help build processes that support Rain's onboarding program.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, KYC, AML investigations or onboarding at a FinTech, payments, or crypto company.
• Experience reviewing KYB applications including beneficial ownership analysis and entity verification.
• Experience with OFAC, PEP, and adverse media screening tools and documenting reasoning.

Responsabilidades

• Review and disposition transaction monitoring alerts and KYC/KYB onboarding applications end to end.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence on High Risk applicants including source of funds/wealth assessment.
• Draft SAR narratives meeting FinCEN quality standards.
• Send RFIs and follow through to resolution.
• Support periodic KYC refreshes and ongoing due diligence.
