Job summary

Ontra, LLC is seeking a KYC Analyst to drive the seamless completion of Know Your Customer requests and oversee onboarding for new clients. The role focuses on building and organizing essential files and supporting documents while contributing to the launch of Ontra's KYC services in the EMEA region.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in KYC or paralegal roles, with prior experience at banks or private equity funds, and strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a KYC professional or paralegal.
• Prior KYC experience at a bank or a private equity fund.
• Ability to interface with customers and counterparties to collect information and ensure a smooth KYC experience.
• High attention to detail in completing a large volume of KYC requests with document collection and coordination.
• Maintains a polished, responsive external communication style representing the brand.

Responsibilities

• KYC Request Management: complete requests with questionnaires and supporting documents, coordinating with customers and counterparties.
• Customer Onboarding: gather and organize required files and precedents for new customers.
• KYC Service Launch: contribute to establishing Ontra's KYC services business in EMEA and drive growth.
• Customer Communication: engage in regular, clear communication in a fast-paced environment.
