Ontra is seeking a KYC Analyst,reporting to our Senior Manager of KYC, on our KYC Team.
We're looking for someone excited to drive the seamless completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) requests, facilitate smooth onboarding for new customers by organizing essential files, and play a vital role in growing our new KYC services business within EMEA.
If you have a strong background in KYC processes, exceptional organizational skills, and experience using PowerPoint to create detailed structure charts, we’d love to get to know you.
KYC Request Management: Complete KYC requests by answering questionnaires, providing necessary supporting documents, and effectively communicating with customers and their counterparties.
Customer Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers by gathering, organizing, and managing the required files and precedents.
KYC Service Launch: Play a key role in establishing Ontra's new KYC services business in EMEA, contributing to its successful launch and growth.
Customer Communication: Engage in customer interactions regularly, ensuring clear, efficient, and positive communication within a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a KYC professional or paralegal.
Industry Experience: Prior KYC experience at a bank or a private equity fund.
Customer Orientation: Ability to interface directly with customers and counterparties to collect information, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and responsive KYC experience.
Attention to Detail: Skill in accurately completing a high volume of KYC requests, including document collection, questionnaire responses, and stakeholder coordination.
Communication Skills: Maintains a high level of polish and responsiveness in external communications, representing the brand and commitment to service quality.
Growth Potential: Relevant KYC or legal support experience with potential to grow into more strategic responsibilities.
