Job summary

Ontra, LLC is seeking a KYC Analyst to support Know Your Customer needs for Private Investment firms, including screening, onboarding, and ongoing refreshes. The role reports to the MD, KYC, and emphasizes strong organizational and diligence skills.

Candidates with 2+ years in KYC or as a paralegal, preferably with banking or private equity exposure, will thrive in a remote-first environment with US-based responsibilities and timezone considerations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a KYC professional or paralegal.
• Prior KYC/reverse KYC experience at a bank or private equity fund.
• Ability to interface directly with customers and counterparties to collect information.
• High-volume document collection and stakeholder coordination require precision.

Responsibilities

• KYC Screening: Complete KYC Screening/Onboardings per client playbook.
• Reverse KYC: Respond to due diligence requests from banks, lenders, and counterparties.
• Customer Relationships: Support Private Investment firms and learn their policies.
• Customer Communication: Maintain polished, clear interactions in a fast-paced setting.
