Job summary

Ontra seeks a KYC Analyst to join our KYC Team, reporting to the Managing Director, KYC. You will support Know Your Customer screening for private investment firms, aiding loan closings, onboarding, and ongoing refreshes.

You’ll bring 2+ years in KYC or paralegal work and a strong customer orientation to ensure accurate, timely processes. We value attention to detail, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and counterparties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a KYC professional or paralegal.
• Prior KYC experience at a bank or a private equity fund.
• Ability to interface directly with customers and counterparties to collect information and ensure a smooth KYC experience.
• Skill in accurately completing a high volume of KYC requests with stakeholder coordination.
• Maintains a high level of polish and responsiveness in external communications.

Responsibilities

• KYC Screening: Complete KYC Screening/Onboardings in accordance with customer-specific compliance playbook
• Customer Relationships: Support Private Investment firms regularly, learning their policies and ways of working.
• Customer Communication: Engage in customer interactions regularly, ensuring clear, efficient, and positive communication within a fast-paced environment.
