Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a skilled Support Engineer to provide operational and troubleshooting support for our Kubernetes-based platform services, including Port.io and the Argo DevSecOps framework. You will resolve incidents, assist clients, and ensure platform reliability.

You will work with developers and operations teams to improve stability, automate maintenance, and optimize deployment artifacts such as Helm charts, Argo CD, Flux CD, and GitLab CI runners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration.
• Experience with Port.io or similar platform services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Kubernetes clusters and platform services.
• Monitor health and performance using Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana.
• Troubleshoot networking, storage, security, and deployments in Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development and operations to improve stability and automate tasks.
• Maintain and optimize Helm charts, Argo CD, Flux CD and deployment artifacts.
• Contribute to documentation and incident communication; participate in on-call.
• Assist teams with container images and runtime readiness.
