Job summary

The Jupiter Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to manage deployments, rollbacks, and production support using ArgoCD and GitOps practices.

You will contribute to Kubernetes/Linus production support, Helm chart management, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines across environments. Responsibilities include monitoring platform health with Grafana/Prometheus/OpenSearch, coordinating releases, and driving incident response with RCA.

Qualifications

• Experience with ArgoCD, GitOps and deployment lifecycle management.
• Kubernetes administration and Linux production support.
• Helm chart deployment and environment configuration.
• CI/CD, release management, and change control practices.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch, SolarWinds).
• Infra as Code and automation using Terraform, Ansible/AWX, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
• Production incident response, troubleshooting, RCA, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities
