Exatech, Inc. seeks an experienced Kronos Developer to design, configure, and integrate Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions within a US-based remote team. You will work on timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and absence management while ensuring ERP/HR data flows are seamless.

You will develop WIM interfaces, upgrade Kronos components, and build custom reports using Kronos tools and SQL. Strong collaboration with analysts and HR stakeholders is essential for compliant implementation.

Job Description :-

Core responsibilities include:

• System Development & Configuration
  • Design, configure, and customize Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions modules (Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals).
  • Integrate Kronos with ERP/HR systems for seamless data flow.
  • Develop and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.
  • Perform upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations and workflows.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards using Kronos reporting tools and SQL.
• Collaboration & Compliance
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions.
• Strong understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management.
• Proficiency in Kronos APIs, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of HR/payroll processes and integration techniques.
