Job summary

TechDigital Group in Nashville, TN seeks a Workforce Management (WFM) Kronos specialist to support system enhancements for UKG WFM and Kronos iSeries Timekeeper. You will follow the development life cycle, resolve issues, and participate in design and releases to improve payroll and timekeeping processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong problem solving, teamwork, and Agile understanding.

Job description

Workforce Management (WFM)- Kronos
System Enhancements

• Follow the development life cycle and adhere to the standard procedures
• Support acquisitions work for the Kronos iSeries system
• Research and resolve issues identified in systems and interfaces
• Determine root cause for problems and implement improvements to prevent repeated occurrences
• Assist with project/product releases.
• Actively participate in design and development assignments
• Thoroughly understand assigned applications and system architecture
• Conduct research for understanding new industry technologies as needed.
• Consistently deliver according to commitments and project plan dates.
• Collaborate with business analysts on project requirements.
• Participate in troubleshooting activities when complex issues arise
• Work on assignments involving the use of various technologies both old and new.
• Provide creative solutions and database/software management scenarios to address new and unique business requirements

Pay Policies/Configuration

• Interpret and convert complex facility pay policy requirements at the direction of the Payroll Service Centers, Corp Compensation and local markets
• Configure and maintain 3rd party time & attendance software (UKG WFM and Kronos iSeries Timekeeper) for major initiatives as well as ongoing maintenance
• Fulfill certain roles as assigned by management, such as overall testing coordination & documentation, special group planning & review coordination, overall help-desk ticket coordination, etc.
• Perform light application development as required.

Hardware/Time clocks

• Support end users nationwide as second level support on software and hardware (UKG WFM/Kronos time clocks)

Customer Support

• Troubleshoot issues with UKG WFM and Kronos timekeeping system to determine if the issue is related to configuration set up.
• Work in a team environment with very integrated team member roles (i.e. consultant configuration specialists, RPG programming staff, Customer Support Services, Payroll Service Center teams, etc) to support all major initiatives (Lawson deployment, Payroll Consolidation) and ongoing maintenance.
