The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Kroc Attendant I for the Kroc Center in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The role focuses on supporting facility use, supervising activities such as the climbing wall and game room, and assisting with Mobile Kroc and Day Camps while delivering exceptional customer service.
You will foster a safe, welcoming place to belong, work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, and follow the Emergency Action Plan.
The Kroc Attendant I will support use of the facility and the engage patrons. This most often involves the climbing wall and the game room but can include Mobile Kroc, Kroc Student Transportation, Day Camps, and other programming as needed. Kroc Attendant I's will provide superior customer service and will be proactive in looking for deep connection with patrons. The underlying theme of all programs will be to cultivate a safe place to belong and grow.
