Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a part-time Recreation staff member in Kerrville, TX to deliver excellent member and guest service, operate the POS system, and support fitness and recreational activities. The role requires strong English communication and physical capability to work in a fitness center environment, including lifting moderately heavy items.

Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and bring experience in customer relations; the position offers PTO and supplemental

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience in customer relations and leading fitness and recreational activities preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Job Location: TX-Kerrville KROC - Kerrville, TX 78028, Job Category: Recreation, Schedule / Hours: Day, Evening, and Saturday Availability 23- 29 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provides Excellent Customer Service and Experience to Members, Guests, and Colleagues
• Operates the POS System
• Maintains Knowledge Necessary to be Proficient
• Performs other duties as required

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Ability to read, write and communicate the English language
• Ability to demonstrate good physical condition and effort associated with walking, running, standing, and moderate-to-advanced weight lifting in a fitness center environment including the ability to meet the demands of the gymnasium and athletic field programs.
• Work requires the ability to lift and carry and/or push/pull moderately heavy (25-50 lbs.) materials, supplies, and equipment. Moderate mobility: duties are usually performed by combinations of sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent changes basis.
