Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Kroc Associate to support membership, recreation and fitness initiatives at the facility. You will help create a welcoming, safe environment and oversee daily gym operations, including opening/closing and event setup, while ensuring equipment is safe and well maintained.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, consistent guest experience, and accurate POS use. We value ability to work 23–29 hours weekly and engage with members and staff professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required; experience in customer relations and leading fitness activities preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English; willing to perform diverse gym duties.

Responsibilities

• Provides Excellent Customer Service and Experience to Members, Guests, and Colleagues.
• Operates the POS System.
• Maintains knowledge necessary to be proficient in program offerings and safety guidelines.
• Performs other duties as required.

Schedule / Hours: Day, Evening, and Saturday Availability 23- 29 hours per weekThis Position is responsible for:The Kroc Associate is focused on member acquisition and experience in the areas of Membership, Recreation and Fitness. These staff members are responsible for participating in the creation of a welcoming, helpful, and safe environment where individuals and families can learn, grow, and thrive. Oversees the daily use of the fitness center and equipment by members, guests, and visitors; ensures safe, professional, and enjoyable operation of the fitness area; ensures the safety, cleanliness and proper maintenance of the fitness facility and equipment; opens and/or closes the gym and basic set up for events on a daily basisKey Responsibilities:Provides Excellent Customer Service and Experience to Members, Guests, and ColleaguesOperates the POS SystemMaintains Knowledge Necessary to be ProficientPerforms other duties as requiredPhysical Requirements / Working Conditions:Ability to meet attendance requirements.Ability to read, write and communicate the English languageAbility to demonstrate good physical condition and effort associated with walking, running, standing, and moderate-to-advanced weight lifting in a fitness center environment including the ability to meet the demands of the gymnasium and athletic field programs.Work requires the ability to lift and carry and/or push/pull moderately heavy (25-50 lbs.) materials, supplies, and equipment.
