Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a data-driven KPI analyst to own end-to-end KPI reporting, from data extraction through dashboard visualization. You will build and maintain Excel-based KPI dashboards and standardized reporting templates to support operations leadership decisions.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, structured data analysis, and proactive variance investigations. You will translate complex production data into clear insights, identify trends and risks, and communicate actionable

Qualifications

Advanced Excel proficiency required.
Experience owning or maintaining KPI dashboards.
Experience in production or operations environments.
Knowledge of KPIs, variance analysis and performance measurement.
Familiarity with PowerBI for analysis.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end KPI reporting from data extraction to dashboards.
Build and maintain Excel KPI dashboards and reporting templates.
Apply advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, structured tables, dynamic charts and validation.
Perform variance analysis on production metrics to understand deviations and identify risks.
Communicate performance trends, risks and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders using data.
