Job summary

skeys is seeking a Corporate Performance Management Expert to develop and maintain a robust framework for corporate performance. You will translate data into clear insights for executives, monitor KPIs, and support dashboard implementation.

You will work with finance, operations and strategy teams, ensuring data quality and timely reporting. Strong Excel/Power BI, and English plus French and/or Dutch skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in data management, marketing, finance or similar, or a bachelor's with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and either French and/or Dutch; strong written communication.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; programming knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, KPI and performance-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor corporate performance indicators (KPIs) at corporate level.
• Support the implementation of a performance dashboard and ensure data quality.
• Translate data into clear insights for Executive Committee and managers; prepare reports and minutes.
• Define realistic but ambitious performance targets and contribute to cross-functional performance plans.
• Represent the company in internal and external meetings after settling-in.
