SGS Consulting is seeking a data-focused Operations Analyst to extract and analyze data from SAP and other sources to produce weekly reports. This on-site role supports PFEP, backlog monitoring, and management reporting.

You will maintain Excel workbooks, coordinate with Continuous Improvement, and host meetings to refine processes. A 4-year degree or 4+ years experience is required, with minimal hybrid flexibility after onboarding.

• Extract and analyze data from SAP and other sources to produce weekly reports.
• On-Time Delivery Backlog and Capacity
• Sales Order Backlog
• Planned vs. Confirmed Manufacturing Hours
• Inventory Research
• Maintain shared Excel workbooks and update from emails, SharePoint, MS Project, and meetings
• Enter and manage data in Team Guru for management reporting
• Partner with Continuous Improvement team to support PFEP (Plan for Every Part) implementation
• Host meetings (Teams/In-Person) to gather inputs and refine processes
• Support AI/LLM test planning initiatives
