Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks a data-driven Operations & Analytics Professional in the US to drive visual management, reporting, and executive support. You will design signage, build dashboards in Power BI, and prepare clear, data-driven presentations for site leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Operations, Business, Engineering, IT).
5+ years in a hybrid role spanning operations, analytics, and executive support.
Hands-on with 5S/Lean; capable of leading small teams.
Strong Excel skills (advanced functions, data modeling).
Proficient in Power BI and Power Platform.
Excellent written and verbal communication; experienced preparing executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

Design visual signage and labeling to support 5S and organizational goals.
Create clear, engaging presentations for site leadership and cross-functional teams.
Develop dashboards and reports focused on visual storytelling and actionable insights.
Apply visual management to improve workplace communication and engagement.
Oversee office clear-outs and relocations, ensuring policy compliance.
Collaborate with facilities, IT, and other teams to streamline space transitions.
Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Power Platform.
Use advanced Excel for reporting, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Consolidate data to support decision-making and leadership reviews.
Draft correspondence, reports, and communications for leadership.
