Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in reporting or analytics with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in CIS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Onsite work at Irving, Texas warehouse.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and develop tested reporting deliverables for approved projects and change requests.
• Gather, organize, and document requirements while performing system data analysis and report solution development activities.
• Provide ongoing production reporting support ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reliability for internal and external customers.
• Produce regular internal and client reports using charts, dashboards, and standardized operational metrics.
• Automate data and reports to improve efficiency, profitability analysis, and scalable reporting processes organization-wide.
• Measure key performance indicators, analyze variance, and identify risks and opportunities proactively across operations teams.
• Collaborate with internal customers to enhance existing reporting, develop new solutions, and improve systems continually.
