Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, IT, or related field.
• Experience in project management or coordination within an operations setting is desirable.
• Proficiency with data reporting and dashboard creation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership with data-driven coordination across functions.
• Create leadership-ready presentations and reports using Excel/PowerPoint.
• Develop dashboards/reports in Power BI to track site metrics.
• Assist HR in employee engagement activities and site-level recognition events.
• Contribute to lean/5S initiatives and operational process improvements.
