Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to guide a distribution center toward key targets in productivity, cost, quality, and safety. You will lead a team, drive daily goals, and ensure efficient operations across shifts.

The role requires 3+ years in a warehouse supervisory capacity, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Office 365 and WMS. AX experience is a plus, with a focus on safety and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisor or distribution center role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Office 365) and Word.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS). AX system knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance reporting of the distribution center, including KPIs.
• Collaborate with department managers to set daily/weekly goals and ensure execution.
• Oversee day-to-day activity, planning, flow, and resource prioritization.
• Drive process improvements for safety, quality, and delivery goals across shifts.
• Establish relationships with partners and ensure OSHA compliance.
