Living Spaces Furniture in Denver, CO, is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse 1 to lead a distribution center team toward productivity, quality, safety and cost goals. You will oversee daily workflows, plan resources, and coach staff to achieve SOP adherence.
The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years in a warehouse supervisor or DC role; proficiency in MS Office and WMS is preferred, with AX knowledge a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered.
The Supervisor, Warehouse 1 will be responsible for helping the distribution center achieve the performance goals for productivity, cost, quality, and safety. Will lead the team to operate efficiently and will facility the daily work of the department.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Office 365 and Word. Must have working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS). Knowledge of AX system is a plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will directly manage a team within the Distribution Center. Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders. Provide strategic advice so direct reports will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future. Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate. Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times. Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners, and authorities. Able to delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of direct reports providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Compensation: $62,175.00 - $82,900.00
Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
