Job summary

KCC Companies, an ESOP-based HVAC design, manufacturing, installation and service provider in Louisville, KY, seeks a Lead Scheduler to manage the production schedule for curb/adapter and MSP lines. You will back up the Master Scheduler and maintain ERP-generated schedules to align with production needs.

You will participate in weekly meetings, coordinate with Production Managers, and drive scheduling accuracy to meet ship dates while optimizing material usage and throughput.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and multitasking are essential.
• Accurate data input and records maintenance are required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead schedule for Curb/Adapter and MSP lines.
• Serve as backup to Master Scheduler and Curb Master Scheduler.
• Maintain Excel and ERP schedules; generate/update production reports.
