Job summary

Fetch is seeking a senior data analytics professional in the United States to own trusted KPIs and modeling. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Engineering to connect product activity to MAU, retention, ARPU, and revenue.

You will develop KPI frameworks, validate forecasts, and translate business goals into measurable workstreams, delivering dashboards and tools to empower decision-making across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, ML, or analytics with ownership of complex problems
• Experience defining KPIs and KPI hierarchies with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to structure complex work into actionable plans
• Proven track record of trusted metric definitions and adoption
• Experience building and validating models linking behavior to outcomes
• Ability to show sensitivity estimates and forecasting performance
• Experience with ML modeling, regression, causal inference, and graphs
• Strong SQL, Python, statistics, and forecasting skills
• Ship reusable dashboards, diagnostic apps, or analytical frameworks
• Document and share reusable methods

Responsibilities

• Own a company-wide KPI, modeling, or measurement workstream through delivery and adoption
• Contribute to core KPI framework, including driver tree and sensitivity model
• Contribute analysis to planning and resource allocation
• Define certified metrics and resolve conflicting definitions with partners
• Build KPI trees linking product and business drivers to MAU, retention, ARPU, revenue, and margin
• Model KPI drivers and quantify direction, sensitivity, predictive strength, and horizon
• Distinguish arithmetic identities, predictive associations, and causal effects
• Build scenarios translating company goals into workstream targets
• Apply observational causal methods with diagnostics and robustness checks
• Build reproducible diagnostics and analytical tools grounded in certified data
• Evaluate accuracy, adoption, and sustained value of what you build
• Develop reproducible, tested SQL and Python workflows
• Partner with Data Engineering on gold tables and semantic layers
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive adoption
• Make actionable recommendations and communicate assumptions clearly
