Job summary

Fetch is seeking a data-driven analytics leader to own and deliver KPI and measurement workstreams that connect product activity to company outcomes. You will drive the core KPI framework, validate forecasts, and partner with Product and Engineering to deploy reproducible analytics across the business.

The role emphasizes building scalable SQL/Python workflows, robust diagnostics, and adoption across teams while communicating uncertainty clearly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, ML, or applied analytics.
• Experience defining KPI hierarchies with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to structure complex spaces into actionable plans.
• Track record of trusted metric definitions and adoption across teams.
• Experience building models linking user behavior to business outcomes.
• Ability to show sensitivity, indicators, time horizons, and out-of-sample performance.
• Experience using ML modeling including regression, causal inference, and graph models.

Responsibilities

• Own a company-wide KPI, modeling, or measurement workstream from delivery to adoption.
• Contribute to the core KPI framework with its driver tree and sensitivity model.
• Build KPI trees linking product and business drivers to MAU, retention, ARPU, revenue, and margin.
• Develop reproducible diagnostics and analytical tools with certified data.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive adoption and productionize assets.
