Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Executive Kitchen Supervisor to oversee all culinary operations, including production, sanitation, and stewarding, across the Hawaii Convention Center facility. You will support the Executive Chef to ensure high-quality food, proper temperatures, and cost controls in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a culinary degree or certified apprenticeship and has Kosher kitchen experience, strong leadership, and a track record of coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or certified apprenticeship.
• 2–3 years management in high-volume venues or contract foodservice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation standards and health dept ratings.
• Assist in training, safety, and accident prevention controls.
• Develop and test Kosher menu items and recipes.
• Control labor and expenses with scheduling, budgeting, and inventory.
• Ensure recipes and methods are followed and kitchen equipment maintained.
• Lead food production and menu development with the Executive Chef.
