Legends Global is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the Food & Beverage team at Hawaii CC. The role requires oversight of menu development, production scheduling, budgeting, and staff training to deliver premium service for large-scale events.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 8 years of culinary experience in a high volume facility producing meals for large events.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop menu items using local and seasonal ingredients for events.
• Inspect recipe compliance and quality control throughout production.
• Maintain health department scores and third‑party audits.
• Create production schedules to meet business demands.
• Manage department budget focusing on labor and cost of goods.
• Hire and train kitchen and stewarding staff including Serve‑Safe compliance.
• Control food costs and produce meals per Banquet Event Orders.
• Develop proposals and tastings for prospective clients.
• Entertain clients through Chef's tables and maintain quality presentations.
