Lions Gate CCRC Senior Living in Voorhees, NJ is seeking a dependable Line Cook to join our Dietary Services team. You will prepare meals to established recipes, maintain a clean kitchen, and work closely with dietary staff in a fast-paced, kosher kitchen environment.

This full-time role requires every-other-weekend shifts. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years cooking experience, knowledge of food safety, and the teamwork skills to deliver quality dining experiences for our residents.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years cooking or food preparation in restaurant, healthcare, or senior living.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion control.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and serve portions.
• Maintain clean, organized kitchen and follow safety practices.
• Stock cookline with food products, supplies, and utensils.
• Follow POS system instructions for timely meal prep.
• Collaborate with dietary and dining staff for meal service.
• Follow kosher dietary laws to maintain kosher environment.
