Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and portion sizes.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Stock cookline before meal service and follow POS instructions for timely prep.
• Follow kosher dietary laws and collaborate with dietary staff to ensure quality dining.
