Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end returns authorization process with focus on timely resolution.
• Develop and improve policies for efficient returns processing.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Finance teams.
• Analyze return data to identify trends and root causes; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warranty terms, and regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports on returns performance, cost impact, and process effectiveness for leadership.
• Lead and develop the returns team to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors to address defects and warranty claims.
