Job summary
David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Freelance Recruitment Partner to support its international AI, SaaS and digital client base. This remote, success-based role rewards quality over volume and allows you to invoice for results, not hours.
You will source, engage and screen candidates, headhunt with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, and deliver well-screened profiles to active vacancies across Europe and beyond.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting technical and digital professionals internationally.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Independent, proactive and quality-focused.
Responsibilities
- Source, engage and screen candidates for international clients.
- Headhunt proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search.
- Assess technical experience and portfolios against client requirements.
- Deliver high-quality, well-screened candidates to active vacancies.
- Build and maintain candidate networks across Europe and international markets.
- Manage multiple vacancies with a focus on quality over volume.
