• Support future hiring projects across Europe, UAE and international markets.

Freelance Recruitment Partner

Requirements

• Fluent Korean and English (written and spoken)
• Previous recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting internationally is highly desirable
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment technology is advantageous
• Proven ability to identify and engage talent within South Korea
