Job summary

U.S. Bank (Elavon) is seeking a Market Manager to acquire new merchant relationships and sell payment acceptance, merchant accounts, POS, and related business solutions within an assigned market.

You will build relationships with merchants and referral sources, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue while staying informed on local market trends. The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English and Korean.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of relevant sales experience.
• Bilingual, English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, creating, and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Effectively manage territory and execute successful sales campaigns.
• Provide activity reporting and progress toward objectives to leadership.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales production goals within the assigned market.
• Maintain productive partner relationships with key stakeholders and bank partner.
• Direct client engagement with in-person meetings 3–4 days per week in Honolulu, Hawaii area.
