Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Market Manager to drive new merchant relationships and deliver payment acceptance, merchant accounts, and POS solutions within an assigned market.

You will build partnerships with merchants, community groups, and referral sources while meeting sales targets and staying aware of local trends. The ideal candidate will reside in or near the San Diego area, travel 3–4 days per week for in-person meetings, and be fluent in English and Korean to support Korean-speaking clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically, three to five years of relevant sales experience.
• Bilingual, English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, creating, and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Effectively manage territory.
• Execute successful sales campaigns.
• Provide activity reporting and progress toward objectives to leadership.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales production goals within the assigned market.
• Maintain productive partner relationships with key stakeholders and bank partner.
• Direct client engagement, including in-person meetings 3–4 days per week; must reside in or near San Diego Metro area.
