Job summary

U.S. Bank’s Elavon division seeks a Market Manager to acquire new merchant relationships and sell payment acceptance, merchant accounts, POS, and related business solutions within an assigned market.

The role builds strong relationships with merchants, community organizations, and referral sources to drive growth. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean, comfortable serving Korean-speaking clients, and located in or near Silicon Valley.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically, three to five years of relevant sales experience.
• Bilingual, English and Korean. (Korean-speaking clients)

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities within the assigned market.
• Effectively manage territory and execute sales campaigns.
• Provide activity reporting and progress toward objectives to leadership.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales production goals.
• Maintain productive partner relationships with key stakeholders and bank partner.
• Direct client engagement with in-person meetings 3–4 days per week; reside in/near Silicon Valley or listed CA cities.
