Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a MPS Market Manager to acquire new merchant relationships and sell payment solutions within an assigned market.

You will build relationships with merchants, community organizations, and referral sources to identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored payment solutions. The role requires in-person engagement 3–4 days per week in the DC Metro area (Centreville, VA; Annandale, VA; Ellicott City, MD; Richmond, VA or nearby).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically, three to five years of relevant sales experience.
• Bilingual, English and Korean.
• Thorough knowledge of banking products/services, banking operations, and current market trends.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Developing and managing territory to meet sales targets.
• Executing sales campaigns and reporting progress to leadership.
• Generating new business opportunities and achieving sales production goals.
• Maintaining partner relationships with key stakeholders and bank partners.
• Engaging with clients in-person 3–4 days per week within DC Metro area.
