Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Market Manager to acquire new merchant relationships and sell payment acceptance, merchant accounts, POS, and related business solutions within a defined market. The role involves direct client engagement, in-person meetings 3–4 days weekly, and strong collaboration with bank partners.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean, comfortable serving Korean-speaking clients, and residing in or near the San Diego Metro area to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of relevant sales experience.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, create, and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Effectively manage territory and execute campaigns.
• Provide activity reporting and progress toward targets to leadership.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales goals within the territory.
• Maintain productive partner relationships with key stakeholders and bank partners.
• Engage with clients in person 3–4 days per week within the San Diego metro area.
