U.S. Bank is hiring a Market Manager for the Seattle metro area to acquire new merchant relationships and sell payment solutions. The role requires building relationships with merchants and referral sources, meeting sales targets, and staying informed about local market trends.

The position involves frequent in-person client engagement in Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, or nearby areas. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean, with 3–5 years of sales experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Bilingual English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, creating, and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Effectively manage territory.
• Execute successful sales campaigns.
• Provide activity reporting and progress toward objectives to leadership.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales production goals within the assigned market.
• Maintain productive partner relationships with key stakeholders and bank partner.
• In-person client engagements 3–4 days per week within Seattle metro area.
