Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a MPS Market Manager in the San Diego area who will acquire merchant relationships for payment solutions and related business needs. The role requires in-person client engagement 3–4 days a week and a strong focus on bilingual communication in English and Korean.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3–5 years of sales experience, and a proven ability to develop new business and manage key partnerships in the banking space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of relevant sales experience.
• Bilingual in English and Korean; comfortable with Korean-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, manage, and close merchant relationships for payment solutions.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline; meet or exceed sales targets.
• Travel to in-person client meetings 3–4 days per week within the San Diego area.
• Collaborate with banking partners and community partners to drive growth.
• Provide regular activity reports and market feedback to leadership.
